FAQ
Common Questions
Do you offer free estimates?
Yes — all estimates are completely free and come with no obligation. You can start by sending us photos for a rough estimate, and if it looks right, we’ll schedule a free on-site visit to give you a detailed final quote.
How long does a full bathroom remodel take?
Most full bathroom remodels take between 5 and 14 days from demo to completion, depending on the scope. We’ll give you a specific timeline in your estimate — and we stick to it.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed and insured in Illinois. We can provide copies of our license and insurance certificate upon request before any work begins.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Chicago and the surrounding suburbs, including Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Lakeview, River North, Evanston, Oak Park, Naperville, Schaumburg, and more. Not sure? Drop your zip in the contact form above.
Do I need to supply my own materials?
You have the option to supply your own tile and fixtures, or we can source everything for you. We have relationships with local suppliers and can often get better pricing. Your estimate will clearly separate materials vs. labor.
What warranty do you offer?
All of our work comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty. If anything related to our installation fails within a year, we’ll come back and fix it at no cost. We stand behind our work.
Do you handle plumbing and electrical?
For standard plumbing connections (fixture hookups, shower valves, drain work), yes. For major plumbing reroutes or electrical panel work, we coordinate with licensed subcontractors and include it in your project quote.
